An implant price «под ключ» (pod klyuch, literally “turnkey”: the Russian term for an all-inclusive implant package) in the price list and the all-inclusive figure on the final bill are often two different sums. The clinic advertises “from 29 900 ₽”, and at the end of treatment the patient pays 90 000 ₽. Below we break down what the price includes, what a single implant and a full arch cost in Russia in 2026, how to read the estimate before you pay, and when treatment abroad makes no sense.
A single all-inclusive implant (implant, abutment, crown, scan, anaesthesia) costs from 50 000 to 165 000 ₽ in Moscow in 2026, depending on the brand and the clinic, and roughly 20–30 % less in the regions. All-on-4 for one arch costs from 250 000 to 750 000 ₽ in Moscow, and the permanent prosthesis is often charged separately. In Tbilisi the same work with Straumann® or Bredent® costs from 629 € per tooth (about 59 000 ₽, or £540 / $730) and 3,890 € per arch (about 365 000 ₽, or £3,340 / $4,500), with the crown or permanent prosthesis included. Rouble sums in this article are converted at the Central Bank of Russia rate of 17 October 2026: 93.72 ₽ to the euro and 83.62 ₽ to the dollar (cbr.ru).

ToggleWhat “all-inclusive implant” means and what is usually left out
There is no legal definition of “под ключ”. Each clinic decides for itself what to put in it, so in one price list it means the implant and the surgery, in another a complete tooth with crown and scans. The most common substitution: the price includes a metal-ceramic crown, and a zirconia one is offered for an extra 15 000–30 000 ₽ after the surgery. The second: the temporary crown and the healing abutment are charged separately. The third: bone grafting is “discovered” on the CT scan after the deposit has been paid.
| Item | Usually included | Often not included | Typical extra charge in Russia |
|---|---|---|---|
| CBCT (3D scan) | In honest packages, yes | In promotional ones, often not | 3 000–6 000 ₽ |
| Implant and surgery | Yes | ||
| Anaesthesia | Local, yes | Sedation, no | 20 000–40 000 ₽ for sedation |
| Healing abutment | Sometimes | Often a separate line | 5 000–10 000 ₽ |
| Abutment | Standard, yes | Custom, no | 15 000–30 000 ₽ |
| Crown | Metal-ceramic | Zirconia at extra cost | 15 000–30 000 ₽ |
| Temporary crown | Rarely | As a rule, no | 8 000–20 000 ₽ |
| Tooth extraction | No | Separately | 3 000–10 000 ₽ per tooth |
| Bone grafting | No | Separately | 30 000–80 000 ₽ |
| Sinus lift | No | Separately | 50 000–150 000 ₽ |
| Follow-up visits | Check-up | Adjustments after the first year | As per price list |
The ranges of extra charges are compiled from the published price lists of Moscow clinics and the review by implant-expert.ru (January 2026); at your clinic they may differ.
What a single all-inclusive implant costs in Russia in 2026
In Moscow a single all-inclusive tooth with crown costs from 50 000 ₽ on Korean Osstem to 165 000 ₽ on Nobel Biocare, according to price lists published as of October 2026. In Novosibirsk the same Osstem with a crown comes to 61 000–70 000 ₽. The “from 29 900 ₽” figures in advertising mean metal-ceramic and a time-limited promotion.
We checked four Moscow price lists and two from Novosibirsk. NovaDent (Moscow, updated 10.03.2026): Osstem all-inclusive from 77 000 ₽ with metal-ceramic and from 91 800 ₽ with zirconia, Nobel from 112 700 and 127 500 ₽. Naudent (Moscow, 07.04.2026): Straumann placement 72 700 ₽ plus a zirconia crown at 69 400 ₽, about 142 000 ₽ in total, Nobel about 165 000 ₽. Dentaland (Moscow, 16.10.2026): Straumann with a zirconia crown 80 000 ₽ on a promotion running until 15 November 2026. The aggregator Startsmile (promotions until 31.10.2026): Straumann all-inclusive 65 000–100 000 ₽, Osstem 60 000–78 000 ₽ without discount.
| Brand (country) | Moscow, all-inclusive with crown | Regions (Novosibirsk), all-inclusive |
|---|---|---|
| Osstem (Korea) | 50 000–92 000 ₽, promotions from 29 500 ₽ | 61 100 ₽ with metal-ceramic, 69 950 ₽ with zirconia |
| Dentium (Korea) | about 81 000 ₽ (surgery 32 000 + crown from 49 000) | placement from 28 500 ₽, with crown about 70 000 ₽ |

Why the same implant costs three times more at the clinic next door
The price difference for the very same Straumann between two Moscow clinics reaches 60 000 ₽, because you are paying for the surgeon, the laboratory, the rent and the advertising, not for the titanium screw. At the distributor the implant costs the same for everyone.
Six reasons for the spread. Brand: Korean systems are two to three times cheaper than Swiss and Swedish ones. Surgeon: a doctor with 15 years of experience has their own rate. Laboratory: a crown from the clinic’s own CAD/CAM lab costs more than one from an outside lab. Location: a clinic in central Moscow pays more rent than one in a residential district or in Novosibirsk. “Promotion”: a low implant price is made up for by the price of the crown, abutment and scans. Crown: metal-ceramic and zirconia differ by 15 000–30 000 ₽.
The conclusion: compare not the implant price but the final cost of the tooth with a specific brand and crown material, written into the estimate. Brands and stages are explained on the dental implants page.
What All-on-4 and full-mouth implants cost
All-on-4 for one arch costs on average 250 000 ₽ in Moscow according to the aggregator 32top (863 clinics, updated 14.10.2026), and 450 000–750 000 ₽ at clinics working with Nobel or Straumann. The main catch: in most “all-inclusive” prices the permanent prosthesis is not included.
An example from the NovaDent price list (Moscow, 10.03.2026): All-on-4 on Osstem 330 500 ₽, on Nobel Biocare or Straumann Pro Arch 507 100 ₽ per arch. The price covers four implants, the surgery, abutments and a temporary prosthesis. The permanent prosthesis, 3–6 months later, is paid for separately; by implant-expert.ru’s estimate, ceramic or zirconia adds 100 000–200 000 ₽. For the regions the same review quotes 420 000 ₽ per arch on Osstem in Kazan and 390 000 ₽ on Dentium in Novosibirsk.
Both arches in Russia with permanent prostheses come to 600 000–1 500 000 ₽. In Tbilisi All-on-4 costs 3,890 € per arch (about 365 000 ₽, £3,340 / $4,500), 7,780 € for both (about 729 000 ₽, £6,680 / $9,000), and All-on-6 5,010 € per arch (about 470 000 ₽, £4,300 / $5,800), permanent prosthesis included. Details on the All-on-4 and full-mouth dental implants pages.
How to read a price list and an estimate: 8 questions before you pay
A written estimate protects you better than any review. Before paying a deposit, ask for an itemised written calculation and put eight questions. If the clinic refuses to fix the final sum in writing, that is an answer in itself.
- Which implant brand and model are named in the estimate, and will I receive an implant passport with the serial number?
- Is the crown included, what material is it, and how much does upgrading from metal-ceramic to zirconia cost?
- Are the CBCT scan, healing abutment, abutment and temporary crown included?
- What happens to the price if the CT scan shows a lack of bone? What do bone grafting and a sinus lift cost at this clinic?
- What do extractions and anaesthesia cost if they are needed?
- For All-on-4: is the permanent prosthesis included, or only the temporary one?
- What warranty covers the implant and, separately, the dentist’s work, and what happens if the implant fails: free replacement or at list price?
- Until what date is the promotional price valid, and what happens if treatment takes longer?
A trick: ask for two estimates, one on Osstem and one on Straumann, with the same crown. The difference should be around 30 000–40 000 ₽, as between the implants’ wholesale prices. If it is bigger, you are overpaying for the brand.
What dental implants cost in Georgia (Tbilisi)
A single implant in Tbilisi through our service costs from 629 € (about 59 000 ₽, £540 / $730) with a zirconia crown on an NTA® implant and from 1,258 € (about 118 000 ₽, £1,080 / $1,450) with Straumann®. All-on-4 costs 3,890 € per arch, All-on-6 5,010 €, both arches on All-on-4 7,780 €. Prices are fixed in writing before the trip and are quoted as “from”.
What is included: CBCT scan, surgical guide, implants and abutments, surgery under local anaesthesia, permanent crowns or prosthesis, airport transfer, a coordinator at every appointment (Russian, English, Hebrew), an implant passport and an aftercare plan. Separately and in the estimate in advance: bone grafting, sinus lift, sedation, additional extractions, flights and hotel. We are not a clinic but a coordinating service: treatment is carried out by partner clinics in Tbilisi, and the plan is checked by prosthodontist Dr Ketevan Mamulashvili.
Timing: about 10 days for single implants, 2–3 weeks for All-on-4 and All-on-6 with a permanent prosthesis. There are direct flights from Moscow, for example Azimuth from Vnukovo daily, 3.5 hours in the air (tutu.ru, timetable for 19–31 October 2026). Russian citizens need no visa and may stay in the country for up to a year. Since 1 January 2026 medical insurance covering the whole trip has been required at entry (T–Zh, 07.07.2026). For the flight from Moscow and two to three weeks in a hotel we allow about 1,300 € (roughly 120 000 ₽ at the October 2026 rate): this is a guide figure for working out the saving; check exact prices for your travel dates.
How the trip works is explained on the your trip page.
An honest calculation. For one tooth on Osstem at 50 000–70 000 ₽ in Russia, it is not worth travelling to Tbilisi for 629 €: the flight and hotel eat up the difference. The trip makes sense from two Straumann implants or for a full-arch restoration. Sometimes a bridge on your own teeth is the better choice over an implant, and an honest dentist will say so.
Russia, Turkey, Belarus, Georgia: a comparison for a patient from Russia
For a patient from Russia the realistic choice is between a clinic at home, Turkey, Belarus and Georgia. Turkey is the cheapest in its advertising, but the packages are built around English. Belarus is close and Russian-speaking, but offers no notable saving on premium brands. Georgia offers a fixed price, the Russian language and a direct flight.

Tax deduction and instalment plans
The Russian social tax deduction (a refund of the 13 % personal income tax paid on the cost of medical treatment, claimed back from the tax office) for implants is available only for treatment at a Russian clinic with a Russian licence. No deduction is given for treatment in Georgia, Turkey or Belarus. A clinic’s instalment plan is convenient, but its real cost is often hidden in the treatment price.
The rules, according to the Federal Tax Service of Russia: the deduction is granted for services of medical organisations “holding the relevant licences for medical activity” issued under Russian law. The overall limit for social deductions since 2024 is 150 000 ₽ a year, that is, a refund of up to 19 500 ₽. For expensive treatment on the list in Government Decree No. 458 of 08.04.2020 there is no limit and the deduction is calculated on the full sum; the clinic enters code 2 on the payment certificate. Implant-supported prosthetics where conventional prosthetics are not possible is on that list, but the code is the clinic’s decision, so check before you pay. You cannot get back more than the income tax you paid in the year.
An example. All-on-4 in Moscow for 500 000 ₽ with code 2 returns 65 000 ₽, so 435 000 ₽ in total without the permanent prosthesis. In Tbilisi the same arch costs 365 000 ₽ with the prosthesis, with no deduction, plus the travel. Clinics arrange instalments through a bank over 6–24 months; ask whether the price is the same for paying upfront and in instalments. If instalments cost more, the interest is hidden in the estimate.
How long an implant lasts and what warranty you get
An implant from a well-known brand, with healthy gums and regular hygiene, lasts 15–25 years and longer, and the crown on it 10–15 years. The manufacturer’s warranty on the implant and the clinic’s warranty on the dentist’s work are two different documents; ask about both.
The manufacturers Straumann, Nobel Biocare and Osstem give a long, often lifetime, warranty on the implant itself, provided it is placed by a certified dentist and recorded in the implant passport. The clinic’s warranty on the dentist’s work in Russia is usually 1–2 years. The key question at the consultation: what happens if the implant fails in the first year. The right answer: re-placement with no extra charge for the implant and the surgery; you pay only for bone grafting if it is needed. Ask a clinic abroad how the matter is handled if a problem arises back home. In our case the aftercare plan and the coordinator’s contact stay with you, and the implant passport is accepted by any dentist in Russia.
Implant reviews: how to tell the genuine ones
A genuine review names the implant brand, the number of teeth, the final sum and the time since placement. An advertising one praises “attentive doctors” without a single figure. Look at reviews older than a year: implant failure and crown problems do not show up straight away.
Pay attention to the dates (ten reviews in one week is a campaign, not patients) and look for photos with an X-ray, not just a smile. We publish only real cases with the patients’ consent, naming the brand and the price; the section with them is in preparation.
Frequently asked questions
What is included in an all-inclusive implant?
In an honest package: CBCT scan, implant with surgery, local anaesthesia, healing abutment, abutment and permanent crown. Usually not included: extractions, bone grafting, sinus lift, sedation, temporary crown, upgrading from metal-ceramic to zirconia. There is no single standard, so the “included / not included” list must be in the written estimate before the deposit.
How much does a single all-inclusive implant cost?
In Moscow in October 2026, from 50 000 ₽ on Osstem to 165 000 ₽ on Nobel Biocare with a zirconia crown; Straumann 80 000–142 000 ₽. In Novosibirsk, Osstem with a crown 61 000–70 000 ₽. In Tbilisi from 629 € (about 59 000 ₽, £540 / $730) and from 1,258 € with Straumann, with the crown and scans included.
How much does All-on-4 cost?
In Moscow the average price is 250 000 ₽ per arch according to 32top, 450 000–750 000 ₽ at clinics with Nobel and Straumann, and the permanent prosthesis is most often paid for separately, another 100 000–200 000 ₽. In Tbilisi All-on-4 costs 3,890 € per arch (about 365 000 ₽, £3,340 / $4,500) and 7,780 € for both, with the permanent prosthesis.
How much do dental implants cost in Georgia?
Through our service in Tbilisi: an implant with a zirconia crown from 629 €, Straumann from 1,258 €, All-on-4 3,890 €, All-on-6 5,010 € per arch, a zirconia crown or veneer 248 € (£213 / $287). The price includes the CBCT scan, guide, surgery, crowns or prosthesis, transfer and coordinator. Bone grafting, sinus lift, flights and hotel are costed separately before the trip.
Can you get a tax deduction for implants?
Yes, but only for treatment at a Russian clinic licensed under Russian law. The limit for social deductions is 150 000 ₽ a year, while for expensive treatment (code 2 on the payment certificate) the deduction is calculated on the full sum. No deduction is given for treatment in Georgia, Turkey or Belarus; factor that into the comparison.
What warranty comes with an implant?
The manufacturer is responsible for the implant itself, often for life, once it is registered in the implant passport. The clinic is responsible for the dentist’s work, usually 1–2 years in Russia. Ask in writing what happens if the implant fails in the first year: re-placement should come with no extra charge for the implant and the surgery. The crown is usually guaranteed for 1–5 years.
The short version
- A single all-inclusive tooth in Russia costs 50 000–165 000 ₽, All-on-4 250 000–750 000 ₽ per arch, and the permanent prosthesis is often not included. Compare itemised estimates, not “from” prices.
- The 13 % tax deduction applies only to licensed Russian clinics; abroad there is none, but with a fixed price there are no extra charges after the surgery either.
- It is not worth travelling to Tbilisi for a single Osstem. With two or more Straumann implants or a full-arch restoration at 3,890 € with the prosthesis, the saving covers the travel.
Send your 3D scan or panoramic X-ray on WhatsApp: a coordinator replies, and the Tbilisi surgeon answers with a written plan and a fixed price in euros and roubles. Free, no deposit.
