Dental implant prices abroad: our full Tbilisi price list
Every price on this page is what you pay — published openly, in four currencies, before you ever speak to us. Implant packages are turnkey: the fixture, the abutment or connector, the permanent crown, the surgery and local anaesthesia are all included. There are no separate laboratory fees and no chair fees.
What every implant price includes
The most common complaint about cheap dental treatment abroad is the quote that grows once you land. These four things are inside every implant price below.
The implant fixture
The titanium screw itself, from the manufacturer named in the package.
Abutment or connector
The original component from the same system — never a generic substitute.
The permanent crown
German multilayered zirconia, made in-house on CAD/CAM.
Surgery and anaesthesia
Placement by the surgeon and local anaesthetic. No chair fee, no lab fee.
Full-arch rehabilitation — All-on-4 and All-on-6
Immediate-load protocols for a full arch of missing or failing teeth. Price is per arch and includes the fixtures, the surgical guide and the fixed prosthetic bridge. This is the treatment where travelling actually pays for itself.

What these prices do not cover
We would rather tell you now than surprise you in the chair. These are the three things most likely to be added to a quote, and none of them is decided until a surgeon has read your X-ray.
Bone grafting and sinus lift
Needed where bone has resorbed after long-term tooth loss. Common in full-arch cases and priced individually once your CT scan is assessed.
Sedation
Local anaesthetic is included in every price. Conscious sedation or general anaesthesia, if you want it, is quoted separately.
Flights and accommodation
You book your own travel. We recommend partner hotels and arrange airport transfers and your coordinator at no extra charge.
Questions about our pricing
Why are dental implants so much cheaper in Georgia?
Almost entirely labour, premises and insurance. A Straumann® fixture costs a Tbilisi clinic roughly what it costs a London clinic — it is the same component from the same manufacturer, shipped from the same place. What differs is the salary of the surgical team, the rent on the building and the cost of professional indemnity. That is why a genuine saving is possible without changing the implant system or the protocol.
Is the price I see here the price I actually pay?
Yes, for the treatment listed. What can change is the treatment plan itself — if your X-ray shows you need a bone graft before an implant can be placed, that is additional work and we price it separately. You receive a written plan with a fixed total before you book a flight, and we do not revise it once you arrive.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
No. There is no deposit to secure a treatment plan or an appointment, and no charge for the initial consultation or for reviewing your X-ray. You pay the clinic directly for treatment you have received.
Which implant system should I choose?
For a single tooth in a straightforward site, any of the four systems will serve you well — the difference is longevity data and the breadth of the manufacturer's component range. Straumann® has the longest published track record and the widest availability worldwide, which matters if you ever need servicing outside Georgia. For full-arch work we place Straumann® or Bredent® only.
How much is a full mouth of dental implants?
A full mouth restoration on All-on-4 — both arches — is £6,680 in Tbilisi, against £34,600 to £44,000 privately in the UK. On All-on-6 it is £8,600. Use the cost calculator to price your own combination of treatments in your own currency.
