Full mouth and All-on-4 dental implant costs compared
Turnkey prices in Tbilisi against typical private fees in the UK and United States. Every Georgian price below includes the fixture, the abutment or connector, the permanent crown, the surgery and local anaesthesia — there are no separate laboratory or chair fees.
Prices are indicative and confirmed only after a surgeon reviews your X-ray. Bone grafting and sinus lifts, where clinically needed, are quoted separately and always before you travel.
Dental implant costs abroad: common questions
How much do dental implants cost abroad?
In Georgia a single turnkey implant starts at £540 and a premium Straumann® implant is £1,080, including the fixture, abutment and permanent crown. The same single implant is typically £3,000–£3,550 privately in the UK. Full-arch work is where the gap widens most: All-on-4 is £3,340 per arch in Tbilisi against £17,300–£22,000 in the UK.
How much does a full mouth of dental implants cost?
A full mouth restoration on All-on-4 — both arches — is £6,680 in Tbilisi. Privately in the UK the same treatment runs £34,600–£44,000, and the NHS does not fund implant treatment for cosmetic tooth loss. That difference of roughly £32,000 is the reason most patients travel.
What is the cheapest country for All-on-4 dental implants?
Georgia, Turkey, Hungary, Albania and Moldova are all materially cheaper than the UK. Georgia is at the lower end while still placing Swiss and German systems, because clinical wages and clinic overheads in Tbilisi are low — not because the implants are cheaper components. The brand and the protocol matter far more than the country: an unbranded fixture placed quickly is poor value at any price.
How much are Turkey teeth, and how do they compare?
Turkey packages are usually quoted for crowns or veneers rather than implants, which is why they look cheap. The common approach files down healthy teeth to stumps and caps them — irreversible damage that often needs correcting later. Our pricing replaces missing teeth with implants and leaves sound teeth alone, which costs more up front and far less over ten years.
Why are dental implants cheaper abroad?
Almost entirely labour, premises and insurance. A Straumann® fixture costs a Georgian clinic roughly what it costs a London clinic — it is the same box from the same manufacturer. What differs is the salary of the surgical team, the rent on the building and the cost of indemnity. That is why a genuine saving is possible without changing the implant system.
Are dental implants abroad safe?
The risk is rarely the country and almost always the timetable. Problems cluster around trips too short for extraction, healing and proper loading. Our protocol runs two to three weeks in Tbilisi so the biology is respected, you leave with the final prosthetic fitted rather than a temporary, and you are treated by named, licensed surgeons whose credentials are published on this site.
