All-on-6 replaces every tooth in one jaw with a fixed bridge carried by six implants. It works like All-on-4 with two more implants sharing the load, so the biting force on each fixture is lower and the bridge is supported along its whole length. Surgeons often prefer it for a strong bite or softer bone.
